About

The founder who’d rather fix how you work than sell you more tools.

The founder.

I’m Sunny.

I started Sunnyworks because I kept noticing the same thing: growing businesses don't run out of tools. They run out of clarity. Most of the operational chaos I see isn't a technology problem. It's a decision that never got made, or never got written down.

I like figuring out how a business actually works, not how it's supposed to work on paper. Most of the time, a business is one or two decisions away from feeling completely different, and finding those decisions is the work I'm best at.

I take a small number of clients at a time, by design. I'd rather do this well for a few people over years than do it adequately for a lot of people once.

What I'm building is a short list of relationships I intend to keep for a long time, not a long list of projects. If we work together, I want it to be because you're glad you found me.

The company approach

Sunnyworks takes one engagement at a time, at a fixed scope, using the same Discover, Design, Build, Refine method for every client. For you, that means no scope creep, no surprise additions, and no competing priorities: you know exactly what you're getting before we start, and your engagement has my full attention until it's done.

The credentials, in client terms

What the credentials actually mean for you.

My background is eight-plus years of enterprise operations, project management, and process improvement across the US and GCC, starting in Dubai, working across cultures, industries, and ways of thinking. Here’s what that means for you in practice.

My background in project management, supported by PMP and CSM certifications, is reflected in the way this engagement is structured: a fixed scope, clearly defined stages, and a clear finish line instead of open-ended consulting. Lean Six Sigma training shapes how I approach your systems—looking first for what can be simplified before documenting it, so you end up with a leaner picture, not just a recorded one. My hands-on experience automating operations with AI tools means your governance is written by someone who has worked inside these tools, not someone observing them from a distance.
